They offer the rare combination of space and tranquillity, beautiful views and inviting log fires all within a 15 minute from our wonderful capital city.
All of our cabins and lodges have hot tubs, BBQ’s and fully equipped kitchens. Red Oak Creek cabin and Cedar lodge also have outside decking areas to enable your party to sit outside on a warm summer’s evening overlooking the lake or nestled in the trees. In the cooler months, our accommodation is fully heated with a cosy log fire in the lounge of Red Oak Creek.
These venues, booked separately or as a whole (40 ppl) are perfect for hen and stag parties, a birthday bash, family getaways and much more. We do not have minimum occupancy and you can stay as long as you like.
Red Oak Creek
Red Oak Creek is a log cabin set in a tranquil location set back from Canada Lake and surrounded by our private woodland. It offers 4 bedroom housing 22 large adult sized bunk beds, all handmade. It also includes a large main room, ideal for games, dinner or parties and a generous but homely lounge area with a log fire.
This cabin is perfect for hen and stag parties as it has large comfortable communal areas and both large and small bedrooms.
Lodges at the Creek
We have 3 lodges set overlooking the lake. The vary in size and accommodation capacity but they all have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, kitchen and lounge area. Cedar lodge sleeps 7 and has a decking area including a gas BBQ, a pizza oven and a charcoal EGG. Plus outdoor seating with to access to the hot tub.
Maple lodge sleeps 6, which also has hot tub access and Beech lodge sleeps 5. This lodge has its own hot tub and small decking area.

The location is stunning, the venue absolutely enormous with comfortable beds, the hot tub perfect for day drinking and evening dips to sober up after a night out. Plenty of room for partying and a separate chill lounge for people wanting to unwind away from the madness. The owner Angie was an absolute pleasure to talk to over the phone and via email. Everything went smoothly including clay pigeon shooting where we were picked up at the location and even dropped off at a local pub once finished! The lodge itself was really clean and well equipped, really helpful owner onsite. Perfect location and venue for a celebration! Wills love to return !
